Bluebase Explorer ( "the club" ) was formed on 22nd November 2009 with a simple club opening gathering at chairman's house located in Petaling Jaya. The club invited all its regular and supportive divers as well as thier friends and family who had previously joined the diving trips organized.
The event started with some light food, an ice breaking session and some sharing of experiences from the last diving trip. This was followed with a sweet and memorable slide presentation, a short speech from the chairman of the club and registration of new member to the club. The club offered an early bird registration discount to member who signed up that night and has successfully recruited 28 new members.
